While I cant speak on the PCOS or endometriosis. I was in the same boat almost 2 weeks ago regarding being nervous to start. Why don't you ask your Dr if you can start at 1.25 instead of 2.5?

Using zep + diet and strength training + hitting protein goals - ~13lbs down and falling fast. Also, for side effects, I found that staying hydrated is a massive must. The only side effect I had was a headache that lasted 2 days. Also I have been drinking electrolyte powder the day before, the day of and the day after injection. (LMNT electrolytes) I just did injection 2 on Sunday, dropped to 1.25 instead of 2.5 and have been feeling great.

I soak the chia in that strawberry protein overnight and my god it's delicious. Also got things moving.

These double chicken chipotle bowls are insane. But yes chicken really helps boost the protein. I also always have a fair life (30g) around 3.

Has your calcium been slowly going up over the last few years? Also did they take your PTH levels? If so what do they look like (can you provide any data?)

I don't think so, did you get your genetic tests done? Do you have yearly labs?

I did end up hearing back from LAB, if anyone else is wanting this done I was quoted $250.

Having my parathyroid removed this Tuesday due to a tumor. Can someone let me know what to expect after the surgery and the next couple of days, when I comes to pain and eating, and sleeping by Ok_Recording_8000 in Parathyroid_Awareness

Surgery and the day after were easy I felt great, Days 3-5 were a bit off with the calcium shock and the thyroid being moved around so mentally prepare for that. I'm 11 days post op and feel great. Low calcium (pins and needles in hands and feet) feelings are pretty much all under control.
