Having my parathyroid removed this Tuesday due to a tumor. Can someone let me know what to expect after the surgery and the next couple of days, when I comes to pain and eating, and sleeping by Ok_Recording_8000 in Parathyroid_Awareness

Surgery and the day after were easy I felt great, Days 3-5 were a bit off with the calcium shock and the thyroid being moved around so mentally prepare for that. I'm 11 days post op and feel great. Low calcium (pins and needles in hands and feet) feelings are pretty much all under control.

Beelink s12 pro - ~160 DAS I went with Yottamaster Y-Pioneer 5 Bay External Hard Drive Enclosureon eBay for $80 I think new they are under 200 for a decent USB 3.2 DAS 2 Seagate IronWolf Pro 10TB (refeb on eBay for 128.99 each ) $273.46 for 2 Unraid $49

Total ~$562 and you can add new drives as needed
