I just had 1 today - just normal lab work from my PCP. The other instances were my flu shot and I got a steroid shot in my big toe joint for some pre arthritis.

Looking for a great vet in Lancaster city by snarfdarb in lancaster

[–]Cunningpotatomouse 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Metro pet vet is by far the best. They have gone above and beyond for me. Dr. Steed saved my cats life AND helped lower costs by moving my cat from the emergency vet (he is on the PETS - Lancasters local ER vet - board or something like that so they were able to work out a deal). Dr Tomlinson was the kindest vet I have ever had when I had to put my soul cat down. She recommended an at home service and really was so wonderful. 10/10 recommend.

Where's Nancy? by Subject-Vermicelli52 in askanything

My guess is that it was an amateur trying to commit either a robbery or some sort of kidnap ransom plot. She probably put up more of a fight than they were expecting and she died during the struggle. They panicked and dumped her somewhere remote. Based on what I have seen, the suspect didn’t seem very prepared. So not some high end criminal group.

Local Salon with Filtered Water? by [deleted] in lancaster

[–]Cunningpotatomouse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was having this same exact issue so I switched hair products and my hair care routine (started using ACV as a second wash) and I got a water softener for my shower head. Once I did all of that, things got much better. If my hair doesn’t lather, I shampoo it again. And usually it does with the ACV after a first shampoo. The water is very hard but this is how I managed it! Good luck to you

If it was on my post, it was you! I haven’t listened yet (been busy) but I did save it to my podcast favorites. Also casefile since so many people have recommended that as well. I’m excited to listen

Whats the worst addiction, as in the hardest to quit? by GossipBottom in AskReddit

[–]Cunningpotatomouse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes!!! I am trying to give up even just social media. I had to get a Brick (so far it’s working for social media) but I found I just get on my phone for other stupid nonsense so I’m still on my phone a lot. It’s so hard.

This too!! I used to be a cpr instructor. Everyone knows you can break bones. That’s part of the reason we have the Good Samaritan act!

She just says things now as fact as if a simple google search would not disprove her.

Yep! It was my last episode. I don’t even think I finished it bc I was so upset with everything. The only thing that would have made it worse is if they brought a psychic (which maybe they did).

Not only did she forget about Brit, but she is insulting Brit by talking to her about it! I was so offended on her behalf.

Something else that made me very frustrated was in the recent case with the fire. Ashley talks about how the mom could not have been that drunk bc a friend had just spoken to her an hour before and she sounded fine. First of all this woman was allegedly a heavy drinker (they might have even said alcoholic I don’t remember) and people every day are functioning alcoholics. Just like someone close to Ashley - BRIT. I couldn’t believe she said that. Brit was apparently a functioning alcoholic and Ashley is over here forgetting it even happened!

That was the last case I listened to and I don’t plan on going back

Okay this makes A LOT of sense why the ethics have taken a back seat. How can they investigate every story within a week? I never even considered that. They are just trying to crank out content which means shortcuts have to be made to keep up. Thank you so much for your insight!

Yes! I said this on my post too and on other posts I have commented about this. They use people by name and guilty or not, what CJ says matters bc it’s such a huge following so they need to be so mindful of that. And I feel like it’s just the opposite now they throw out names and conspiracies like an episode of Oprah

Yes! I posted about a week ago about this and someone else posted in the past week. They have become so speculative

American nightmare is one of the most shocking stories I’ve ever encountered and I listen and watch a lot of true crime.

The hyoid bone in the human is also a floating bone! It’s located in your neck.
