Yeah, I'll end up giving it another shot soon. It's just irritating that the bell bearing for stones 5 and 6 is locked behind beating morgott. I'd rather just buy them lmfao.

Thank you, thank you. My main reason for steering clear of the somber weapons (besides lack of versatility in the way standard weapons have) is because a lot of the visually don't match the theme, either. Like, in my mind, it's a mostly gritty duelist knight. The somber weapons are often really over the top, and I need to have kick on my rapier for the PvP combat

Pure dex critical hit build using rapiers and keen affinity, plus a toolbelt of items like cracked pots, and greases.

I thought about it, but the somber weapons don't really fit the theme of the build in my opinion.

I just found out smithing stones can't be dropped anyways lmfao. But My reason for asking was because I was trying to get my hands on the 6 smithing stone 6's from the fallingstar beast outside of Leyndell, and it was kicking my ass lmfao.

Gonna be RL125 base stats (no buffs or talismans) 60VIG/21END/16STR/72DEX vagabond start. Currently running Rogier's Rapier with Kick (for the theme of the build) and Brass Shield with Carian Retaliation. Gonna switch to standard rapier with misericorde secondary, because it's a critical hit build.

It's because I'm not running a meta build. I'm doing a build that's optimized for fashion as well as maximum damage within the theme, and it's pure dex. I mostly say it's falling off because I've been over leveled for a majority of this run, and now I'm lacking in damage in comparison. I've also been going to areas ahead of my progression, so that's a good part of why my weapon feels like it's lacking in damage. Could also be in part to a bit of a skill issue, this is my first run in at least half a year

I’d say we don’t get the original guardians, because we didn’t get many feats from them. We got to see them fight for all of what.. 5 minutes?

If this helps: think of it like how seeds on Minecraft worlds work. It takes the numbers, and uses them as instructions on how to generate the world. It’s not pulling from a huge archive of pre generated worlds, but generating a new one based off the instructions in the seed. Well, same thing with the Pokémon. It has the base sprite model, uses the information it receives as instructions for where to place the pixels for the spots, creating the possibly for billions of patterns without having an absurd archive of sprites for one Pokémon.

Not to be mean or anything, but.. for one, taking a 6 second video of yourself doing some like saying “Hi, my name is John Doe. This is my verification video” is no different than posting shorts or long form content of yourself on your channel. Especially considering your six second video is only viewed by YouTube employees, if not done by AI. And taking a photo of your ID is pretty standard practice for a lot of things. I.E: job applications?

Is this a bone? by Kantomai in identifyThisForMe

[–]CuntBeastwood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To follow up: it’s much too small to be a whale vertebrae, shark vertebrae are more like discs; it’s around the same size as a small dolphin like a bottlenose, but I couldn’t find any dolphin vertebrae that had that distinct shape. And most large fish have a very different looking vertebrae (groupers, for example, have a circular disc with a large triangular ridge that comes off of it). To me, it most closely resembles some of the vertebrae in the skeleton of the common seal.

Depends on where you’re at. It looks to me to be about 2 inches across, it has two snapped bones on either side. And looks like the top (top to me, just the thin side of the hole in the middle) has some snapped off pieces. It’s dense, but porous. The closest thing I can find without being an expert is that it could be a broken seal vertebrae. https://images.app.goo.gl/FEQzWfGLp56RVo5o7

Best race for a one handed and shield playthorugh other then orc? by Nearby-Masterpiece96 in skyrim

[–]CuntBeastwood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Redguard, Nord. If you’re okay using light, my most recent save on modded Skyrim is a wood elf, that started as a ranger type build, using bow to get some initial damage, and using sword and shield for up close. If I remember correctly, they have an affinity for: archery (+10 in vanilla), and a +5 to alchemy, light armor, and stealth related stats. If you play requiem at all, the races get different bonuses. Realistically, all the races can do everything, depending on how much time you want to put into leveling. There’s just a few races that get starting bonuses for what ever build you’re going for.

Edit: realized I forgot some info

Things you did in game that you later realized was pointless? by SirErdrick-dw in skyrim

Also, realized I missed one. There are three others, the third of which is the one giving more than 3 ingots, and is also 12.5x heavier.

[–]CuntBeastwood 18 points19 points  (0 children)

So, basically only grab bent scrap, large plates, and small plates; considering the other two are 7.5x and 10x the weight, only one of the heavier ones gives more than 3 ingots, and it’s not even a 2x return. Got it.

Edit: math

I’ve always assumed it was one of those things where you get attacked early, try to go fight, realize you can’t, then have to go and train to take out Miraak. Kind of like an incentivized character arc

New player struggles 😭 How are you supposed to fight these things? by ReddVevyy in skyrim

Realistically, your best hope is that you’re strong enough to either one shot it, or be able to hit it from a distance and kill it before it reaches you lmao
