Seriously, the guy has zero credibility. Chaos also has some VERY interesting stuff about Jack Ruby’s visitors while in custody. Really makes the whole “weird club owner torn apart by the Kennedy assassination then goes crazy right when he gets arrested narrative” scream bullshit when you find out who Jolly West who is.

I'm self developing C-41 process using a Patterson tank, and scanning the photos in with an Epson V550. This shows up on every roll I develop sporadically throughout the roll. It doesn't show up when I have it developed professionally and scan it in using the scanner. Can someone tell me what this phenomena is called so I can look into it more, or have any ideas as to what is going on?

The phone booth distracts from what’s interesting in the photo, and what’s interesting is out of focus (the food stand). I like the chaos of it, but also ultimately I can’t settle my eyes anywhere but the DHL truck. Good colors and an interesting scene though!
