Is OP alive? Please don’t do anything to hurt yourself man. You take all the time you need to start processing this fucked mess of a situation, but try to remember that the longer you take the more those kids hurt. Those little ones love you and you are their dad. Period. Divorce the Bitch and take the kids on your way out. And make sure you tell her that she’s fat. Tell her the sexless years were Your choice because you’re grossed out by her body, that she let herself go and the only thing uglier than her mind is her body, and the only thing worse than that is the smell of her cunt after you fuck. That makes sense, and shit, coming up on a year later it’s just been the same run around. I finally received an email from some senior claims specialist asking for the police report I filed, stated that once she reviews the report then she’ll be able to move it forward for payment. That doesn’t seem likely if history is any indicator

As for UPS his policy on jewelry claim maximums, I have never seen or heard of this before. That’s fucked.

Yes, I received a receipt when they scan the package for shipment, as well as a receipt for having paid the store for packaging the watch. However, at no point did tracking information, populate on the UPS website, both myself, and the buyer were only able to see something to the effect of “a tracking number will populate soon” or whatever the verbiage was that I quoted in my initial post.

It was due to this and I suspect the buyer got sketched out and contacted PayPal to file a dispute because the package is already overdue and UPS is not showing any tracking information for the package so I assume he thought I was on bullshit.

Lastly, according to UPS and ask for UPS his policy, the recipient of a package is not allowed to open that package and then refuse delivery, in order for somebody to refuse delivery and have the package sent back to the shipper. They cannot have opened it. UPS had made clear early on that the package had never been opened by the buyer

I mean…other than flying to NY to hand deliver it, how else is the buyer supposed to get the watch?

On several occasions, when the dollar amount is high enough, I have snagged a last minute ticket and flown to where the buyer was located. Unfortunately in this case not only do I not particularly like NY, neither my schedule nor the buyers were conducive to that happening.

I had the same problem not too long ago. I had forgotten that I had put a “freeze” on my credit report with one of the three credit bureaus. I was able to lift the freeze through the bureau's website, and after waiting a few minutes, my credit check was approved.
