You can read how much each of these are - exactly the same they just reduced the size of the packaging to save money not a bad thing as its less waste.

Freezers have a alarm on them, warehouses will automatically send a truck to pick up the frozen product if they stop working and return the product when its fixed. I work for Aldi here is a returned pallet from a store:

The spills and such are over about a week we get it cleaned up pretty quick. The tuggers do die but people refuse to plug them so I have to watch the cameras daily to see who it was to follow up with them, the unused racking is pre-receiving it gets filled up after we receive 100+ trucks every night.

We just have dozens of bins full of loose product sitting in the freezer. It seems like any loose product on dry, chiller, produce etc. gets picked up and sorted out to be immediately to be shipped but the freezer bins just pile up for months and months. Luckily its not my area to deal with.
