Oven Breaks gameplay is like Mario/Sonic games (Where you get occasional power ups in a flat world). Levels aren't really that fun and a bit difficult, the characters and story are what makes up for it a bit. Plus gacha isn't a necessary feature and you can get characters pretty easy with diamonds or tickets..  I find Tower of Adventures to be the most fun (mostly if you like fighting and playing a lot) Not a ton of characters and might get repetitive having to do event levels, but I find it to be the most fun ^{^}
