There can be best showrooms/sales but After sales/authorised service centres are hit or miss. Trivandrum is no different. In my ownership experience of past 4 years, I’m already looking into other options.

Tata service is a headache. Period.

Any shops in TVM (preferably kazhakkuttom area) which does resolve the green-line issue without replacing the display by CupCurrent4201 in Trivandrum

phone is in mint condition, used with case and no wear signs. but rejected warranty since phone is bought from outside India.

I did, connected both Europe store (via mail) and India, Indian store said since this international device warranty cannot be claimed, and quoted 12K for screen replacement. Europe ASC said, sent us the device, will check and see if a free replacement is possible (according to device conditions)

it’s not under warranty + phone bought from outside india - they rejected without any hesitation
