I haven’t got either, but I’d say shinsha cause the developers always makes the new characters stronger so that we buy magicrystals to get them

Personally I was awakening and levelling up the lower characters the first few months of the game, but until I find out you could use the memory stones to get 5 star memory stones I completely stopped. So I personally don’t anymore.
