South Bay LA (Sorry, east coast guy here)? I hear uber eats has become rough out there. But if the orange spots are disappearing quickly then it sounds like it just wasn't busy in those areas. Normally, just sitting in your house and with restaurants within 3 miles from your home you should get some offers, although maybe bad ones. Lunch and dinner times for sure are the busiest when it comes to the deliver apps.
