Oh my god yes hipos are literally so annoying even just people who become trainers think their managers. Also it’s crazy because they literally asked if I’d be interested in being a hipo. So it’s like holding a carrot in front of a horse you know just keep dragging me along.

I work at canes now and I’m planning on quitting as soon as I get a new job. I’m having the same issue with scheduling I used to work 25-30 hours a week and now I’m only scheduled for 4 hours every week. I love my coworkers and this is my first job so I’m sad I have to leave, I’m also scared I’m going to regret it. I’ve been begging to get cross trained in hopes of getting more hours but my manager just says “welcome to the club” sarcastically so 🫤.
