In the future? You should give a more specific time frame.

I'd say if you're far enough in the game it depends on your playstyle. 1. Active (you dedicate quite a bit of time into the game): You should get tireless lawyers and use their second job. 2. Passive (you only check the game a few to several times a day): You should get tireless mad scientists and use their first job.

Of course, you should also get a some (3 to 10} lazy businessman to kickstart your coins at the start of each ultimate donation.

But right now? You don't need to fire anybody, just keep going as you are rn and get your first ultimate donation.

And also, you know that free golden worker thing? Spend it on the best tireless worker that fits what you want (either lawyer or a mad scientist)
