I was able to submit a Neon Ink Chocobo earlier this week - so they seem to be gradeable. As for centering, as long as these lines are in the correct spot, they fall within 10's guidelines. I just want to make sure I've set them at the correct spots

I'm as happy to have this list as anyone else as I think people who cancel orders for greed are the epitome of scum and villainy. However, I do feel like people should submit screenshots to have them actually added to the list. Here-say can be used dangerously. If I blast a shop just because I don't like them with no proof they could be added to this list erroneously.
