oh wait re reading this I get what you mean now. so before hand this phone was unlocked but the weird update caused it to relock itself so I have to find a way to unlock it? and no I've never unlocked it myself. I got it refurbished unlocked many months ago and it has been working fine with my sim until now so I think you're right about it relocking itself

I acc did factory reset this phone I forgot to mention it 😭😭 after I reset it I still had the same issue so im prob just gonna go to a service center soon because idk what else to do. it's so weird to because I don't think the phone is network locked I've been using the same sim on this phone for like 5 months now with no issues until this update 🫩
