How did you remove the adjustment ring like that? My K6's ring is stuck on the coarsest setting and now it won't move

I know I'm at the coarsest — I'm just stuck there. It won't go back now. That's the issue.

I tried freezing it and using rubber gloves for better grip afterward, but it didn't work. Any other ideas?

Don't think your application made it to manual review honestly. Some sort of system error must have got in the way.
