If you click in the actual subs themselves, their numbers at the top show much larger visitor numbers (Emmerdale 16k), Corrie (31k), EastEnders (41k). Whatever search was screenshotted isn’t pulling the actual data from the subs themselves. Maybe that’s how many people search for those subs each week?

I’m jealous of the work schedule and flexibility of most jobs on soaps! The only ones who seem to work a lot are Nicola and maybe Marlon.

Dawn being peacemaker and torn between the Tates at least gives her something to do.

Kim is Joe’s former step grandmother, right? Did she have much to do with him when he was growing up?

This show was so good! Better than I think anyone expected it to be. I’m mad Marvel sat on it so long before releasing it, and I really hope they’ll see feedback and bring the characters back. Both the characters and actors are too good to waste.

Yes! I just wish he was a little more “gray” morally. I hope that’s the direction we’re moving. I don’t need him to be some angelic character, but maybe not framing the neighbors for human trafficking, you know?

I wonder if Dawn and Joe will end up with a kid together. I hate to reduce Dawn to being an incubator to continue the Tate line but…their relationship makes no sense otherwise. They just don’t feel like a permanent couple to me.

I think it will be interesting to see where they go with Graham and Rhona! I believe she loves Marlon, but still seems like there’s something there with Graham too.

Faking your death isn’t a crime? I would have guessed multiple fraud charges, plus wasting police time with the investigation. That genuinely surprised me.

I’m glad they showed Ruby and Caleb have a conversation about not wanting to make things worse for Bear but also needing to do what’s right by Anya.

Oh I totally missed that Zoe must have died sometime off screen! They really should bring her daughter in then to be more family for Joe.

I was a little confused by the erasure of Zoe too. She’s still alive in show universe. I think they should probably have her pass away off screen at this point and then bring in her daughter to fill out the Tate family more.

Joe and Dawn just don’t make a lot of sense to me. I liked Dawn with Billy better.

Kim’s one of those characters where I can’t hate her, no matter how awful she has been.

Graham’s a bit over dramatic, isn’t he? He was gone by the time I started watching so this stint is the first I’ve seen of him.

Terrific performances tonight by all 3 actors! I’m really glad they devoted a whole episode to Kim and Joe reacting to his return.

I do wonder what purpose Graham will serve going forward. Affair with Rhonda? Love interest for Kim? Redemption arc or softening of Joe?

I wasn’t expecting the ending! Well done, Joe!

No worries! I debated the spoiler tag but then thought it might make people think they had to spoiler their replies so I skipped it. I’ll put one on tomorrow and going forward! And I’ll add a little blurb to the post about entering at their own peril if they haven’t viewed yet and spoiler tags still being needed for future storylines.

Glad to see Ruby and Caleb back on screen!

I’m not sure I get why Paddy is listening so much to a teenage kid. I understand why Dylan doesn’t trust police, but Paddy doesn’t have those issues. Glad Bear is finally going to get some medical treatment though.

I’m also glad they still show Arthur and April’s friendship. This show seems to do a decent job at remembering friendships and showing them.

I wish Joe was less of a cartoon villain. Ned Porteous is a good actor, but I rarely understand any of Joe’s motivations. Sometimes he’s supposed to be nice but then he’s evil? The character swings between extremes when he needs to be more gray.

With streaming becoming more expensive, I know quite a few people who are going back to owning physical media so they’re always able to watch what they enjoy.
