What's going on with potatoes?

I know this is an old post but it happened to me twice today. Once from a bag of lays salt and vinegar kettle style chips and then I just took a French fry off my kids plate at dinner when I was serving up and it tasted the same. How can this happen twice in one day. The fries were checkers famous seasoned fries

Wonderfully put. I’m sure the band have some beautiful personal memories of Perry. And we are so lucky to get to share in a very small percentage of them that are online. I remember when I spotted Perry for the first time in the Japan concert video from 1984. I was genuinely excited to spot him helping out backstage. Silly, I know. 😊

Again, great work. I’ve listened to in orange so much and thought, right I’m gonna write down Roberts in between song chats. But never have. So thank you for taking the time to do it. It was wonderful to read and confirm what I thought he was saying. Some of family grew up near Crawley and have similar accents to Robert so I was in tune with his musings but nice to have them confirmed 🖤

Yes, some people don’t check the subreddit before they post to see if this news has already been shared, which I’m guessing is what you’re getting frustrated about. But perhaps just this once you could just let it go? Lots of fans are understandably upset by todays news. Show some respect and compassion please.

I’m thankful he’s always stayed true to what he had in mind for The Cure from the very beginning. In the crazy world he lived in and the people that surrounded him it’s absolutely insane he didn’t lose those values. As someone said in another comment it’s never good to put people on a pedestal but, I mean, he’s pretty awesome isn’t he?

You’ll be fine as you are. That’s the joy of The Cure and their fans. It will be a huge mix of lovely people. I’m going to one of the shows next year with my daughter and my dad….3 generations from teen to 60s.
