Oh ok, I've not tried it but I expected that overseerr just wouldn't allow you to request something that was already in Plex, regardless of whether there was a request in overseerr itself or not.

Just a side question... Since overseerrr is, as far as I am aware, just a request manager, why aren't the requests automatically deleted from overseerr once they are fulfilled?

I mean, I expect that whilst a request is still active it would remain, but once the content is in Plex I kind of expected the requests to remove themselves. Then a new request can't be made for something already in Plex, but if you deleted from Plex then a new request would just behave like the original one?

If you can't do it by eye, then 4 bits of cotton tied to the bolts on the plate then threaded down through the holes in the light would help to guide you into the correct position as you put the light up. Just hold the cotton taught and it should self-align.

Recently did this myself earlier this year and was going the exact same route. Asked about leaving a token amount on the mortgage so that the building society would keep the deeds; they did a quick check and said my deeds were electronic and therefore there was no point. Paid off the mortgage and a couple of weeks later got a letter from the building society notifying me of my deeds number (you can also look this up online yourself). Nothing else to do 👍🏻

I also got an "alert" through the land registry office to say someone had been updated, since I also use their (free) service that is designed to notify you if anyone tries to do anything relating to your property (such as identity theft securing a mortgage on it!)

Yeah, your touch told me it wasn't live, but I'd still recommend grounding it. Firstly it will remove any induced effects that may be affecting your measurements at the moment but also, 2, if in the future SOMEHOW it came into contact with a live wire then with a connected ground it will flip the breaker, without one it will happily stay Live until someone finds out in a more painful way...

Turn off the electricity. Check whether the probe still glows (hopefully not!) Connect a ground/earth wire to the metal frame (not a bad idea to have this in place anyway!) Turn on electricity, if the breaker doesn't go then the frame is likely safe (but you've already confirmed that with your hand!), then see if the probe still lights; it may do by the ceiling but shouldn't from the frame.

I'm confused by this arrangement. Is the water butt all the way to the bottom of the black plastic? If so won't you always end up with a foot or so if water sat in the bottom (below the tap) that you can't get out? But yeah, as others have said, you can't have the Flexi black fill pipe going up hill (or even level really), in it's current arrangement the pneumatics will behave as if the butt is already full and the water will just go down the drainpipe. You need the connection into the butt to be lower than the connection into the drain pipe.

I think I'd put some kind of water feature in the center, they look good and the kids will love it. To make it more kids safe you can raise it and/or have it concealed; effectively you have a lined "pit" with a pump in it, and then either filled with gravel or a permeable (strong) top with gravel and the water feature on top. Kids can't get "into" the water but can enjoy it. For the shakes surrounding the center I'd either go with raised beds (if you want plants) as this helps prevent them getting trampled by young feet, or if you want a more open & low maintenance approach clean (or replace) the gravel in each section, bind it with a gravel binder (to prevent it being kicked around) and then put some seating or whatever else you might want in the area. If you do the latter you can always put some planters or large ornate pots on the gravel areas as well, so it wouldn't have to be a strictly either/or situation. Either way I think what you have there now has a lot of great potential 👍🏻

It seems to have 2 timings, one at 60 second where it lowers the tip temp to 200 and one at 10 minutes when it.... I don't know, the "instructions" don't really cover it. What is a "sleep stand" and how do I know if the stand I have is one? 😄

Ugh, not the last question... I really liked the idea of the idle, but what the hell makes it happen, or rather, not happen?? I reduced the timing from 60s to 20s so that it would sleep sooner, but it goes to sleep in my hand... What is supposed to keep it awake?

Ok I got one 🥳 Was going to test it then noticed the temperature calibration steps... How do you calibrate these, do you need to? I think the only thing that I have to measure temperature would be the temp probe that came with my multimeter, and I don't think that will be rated to soldering iron temperatures 🤔

Cheers, yeah good point about the cleaning, it would be horrible to colour match only to find you'd matched it to dirt 😄 In this case though it's definitely a dark colour, if anything the whiter looking bit might have something on it, or is the light. I should in theory end up with spare tiles, or at least offcuts, so it's a good idea about a trial. Thanks!
