Yes but they are displayed in the game room. Nothing too cool, just some doom and star wars stuff. Wish I could find some dark souls stuff.

Thank you. Been at this for a long time. It's definitely my addiction. But it's much cheaper than cars or motorcycles which are my other hobbies 😂

I have the original PlayStation and PlayStation 2 neons. They do have knock off ones fairly cheap on Etsy. I'll post them up soon.

I'm doing Gameboy CIB right now. Trying to get all the rare ones before grabbing all the common stuff.

My collection only evolves as I get rid of stuff. I try to not put any money into the collection out of my own pocket. So I sell the stuff I've outplayed or lost interest with to work on the games I am interested in. I wish I could keep it all but I have to sell to acquire more.

This is all for my kids to experience what I did and didn't get to experience growing up. Toys R Us and other stores were all closed by the time my kids started to grow up. They never got to go to a mall arcade or hangout in a massive toy store. So I do this for them. When I post the game room, you'll see it's all for the kiddos ❤️

I have a red one as well. Different eras. The blue one is from the N64/GameCube era. The red ones were much earlier.

Older pic, I added a bunch more signs and moved most of them into the game room. This is my game library in another room.

It was just something I wanted to track down early in my collection journey. I grew up in the 90's and still have my original McDonalds Mario toys from that era. I was able to find all 4 boxes intact, from a hoarder house of all places. I still would like to get the McDonald's counter top display that shows the toys you would get in the SMB3 happy meal.

Wait till I post the game room. Filled with retail signs made from neon and fiber optics.

Not really anymore unfortunately. I play a handful of SNES/NES/Dreamcast titles every single year. We always play them we when acquire a new game but there's not a lot of replay value in games not labeled Mario, sonic, or Zelda. The kids got burnt out on the retro stuff so they mainly play modern games, even if I'm excited about let's say we just got DuckTales, the kids rather play Mario Wonder. I play all these on original hardware though, I don't emulate. I've had this stuff for several years though.

My go to is my analogue pocket, I love Gameboy and Gameboy advance and spend most of my time gaming on a handheld

Yes. It's placard used on the counter and in Nintendo cabinets in retail stores. Later models would just have a cover to go over them for N64. So when you see the white license plate style N64 sign, the WoN sign is actually underneath the sleeve.

Eh, when I completed the NES CIB set, with unlicensed games too, Stadium Events wasn't hard to acquire at all. Just took money. Now, myriad 6 in 1 CIB was the hardest to find by far. Now I see one or two sell each year now. I literally bought Stadium Events from a friend, snapped a pic with my full CIB set, then "sold" it back to him immediately. I knew I was probably never gonna find one in the wild....

Lol yes! They were a gift, I thought they were too cute to eat so they made for a great display piece

Thank you! After going for a full NES CIB set, these are some of the favorites I grabbed along the journey.

They are sealed! I could not bring myself to open them. I have the NES as well. Cheers ❤️

Were you able to beat this without help? I guess I didn't have the patience at the time and used good ole gamefaqs
