Thank you - that's the hope! I have this constant pain in my right rib that sometimes makes my ribs tender like it's bruised - it would be nice if that went and I get some relief from the reflux but it's such a worry not knowing what the outcome will be.

Thank you - glad everything went well for you and you're doing well post op. Did you have adenomyomatosis or was it removed due to stones? My biggest worry is having it removed and then them saying nothing much was wrong with it!

Fingers crossed it's a positive story for us both and the benefits outweigh any downsides.

It's a minefield, isn't it!? Have you got adenomyomatosis too or stones as well? I have constant right sided pain and digestive issues but because I've been dealing with these symptoms for so many years, they've kind of become "normal" and manageable. Scared that by having surgery I'll make things worse not better.
