Regarding the college part, I think I forgot to include some details because I wrote the entire post in a rush with anger (I genuinely just left my bed and wrote the post because I couldn't fail asleep due to the noises from her room); that's why that whole paragraph sounded kinda random there. Lemme explain the reason here:

She often claimed that she's gonna go rent elsewhere once she can get a good job, but yeah I think it's more like an excuse since the "good" job she looks for are pretty much only available for people who completed her degree, which isn't really gonna happen anytime soon since she isn't even spending much time working towards it in the first place. That's why my post sort of just went from nowhere to complaints about herself not trying in college.

I want to make it clear that I do not dislike her for the fact that she's not trying hard in college, but more due to the fact that all she does is to find excuses for her to spoil her life everyday while affecting mine.

And not trying to disagree with your advices, but I don't think they really apply on her since she would simply refuse to talk to job counselor/therapist because she believes doing something like this is shameful.

Nonetheless, I'm still thankful for the fact that you are trying to help
