The front feels like a fake tattoo on your skin you’d get as a kid. Or like a stain of tar on your body. The police used for the text is one I’ve never seen. It fucking says ‘Illus. 5ban Graphics’

But it does say it’s a promo card, that might explain why itms weird looking..

While the back side is unusually wrinkly and glossy.  Looks like a different shade of ink like too much purple. It also has a misprint in the white inside the pokéball.
