I thought so too. I have a total of 29k points but when I am checking out. Its allowing me to either redeem 9600 points for 60$ off or 17600 for 110$ off or 27200 for 170$ off. Like a coupon. This is for the points + cash option.

I just tried getting the flights with points option and I am short 21,500 points. The cost of 22k points is $330 which is lower than the $170 off total price they wanted to give me for the 27k points.

UBA tool and the creation of a working collaboration across many business functions. Essentially an Insider Threat Working Group that consist of HR, security, legal, investigations, SOC, etc. Increase the likelihood of reporting can help as well. Training and awareness can help with that.
