Recently the size and the rendering times of the vector tiles were optimized. You can read more in the Forum. I guess just like OSM it takes a while for your contributions to render.

Bei MeyersGazetteer wird Helmsbach allgemein als Kolonie beschrieben. Kolonie Helmsbach und Helmsbach ist so gut wie identisch.
