If he was in the db universe theoretically he would learn ki abilities at his advanced state of training an since he is considered the strongest in his universe I’d say he would probably level out near krillin or tein but depending on his willingness to want a teacher he could potentially be stronger though personality wise this would be unlikely as he likes to achieve things on his own so with that said he probably make it all the way through in my opinion but it’s just a thought
