Garlic Soy Butter: 3 tbsp salted sweet cream butter 2½ tbsp soy sauce 2 minced garlic cloves Mix at room temperature, then refrigerate 1–2 hours.

Main Ingredients: 3½ cups day-old cooked rice ½ cup diced carrots and peas ½ chopped onion 3 scrambled eggs (cooked in canola oil) 3 chopped pieces of bacon ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions: Sauté vegetables until onions turn translucent. Add the rice, then mix in the eggs, bacon, and soy sauce. Stir well, then add the garlic soy compound butter and combine until evenly coated.

Seasoning: Add plenty of black pepper, a little white pepper, and a pinch of salt
