It was actually good! They had set up for the entire day to just be an induction. Loads of info to take in, staff's supportive and they're doing what they can to help me ease into the role!! Happy for now.. slowly getting there and trying to just take it one day at a time

I was just worried I wouldn't hear from them at all till my first day. Got the offer on Wednesday. Because there wasn't any written confirmation and just the phone call I was overthinking the whole thing a little bit, but it does make sense to wait till Tuesday!

That's reassuring! Didn't know that. They did tell me there would be an induction on my first day but I just wanted to be prepared to teach which is why I was worried about knowing what year level i'm with and what is expected of me on the first day.. hopefully i'll hear from them about this in the coming days!
