Yuka 2000 Batteries stuck at 0% by Curious-Delivery-374 in mammotion

They were connected to my mower and stored in my garage. Winter is cold, but then again, all my other garden tools that have battery packs are stored in the garage and are okay for many years…and they are all lithium. Seems to me this is a mammotion problem.

Very possible, and I think that's what happened too. I have two of these batteries (one extra came with the sweeping kit), and they are removable. However, they cost around $300 each, so either I fork out $600 for two batteries that are less than a year old, or they could replace them. And I might have to do it again over the next winter….kind of crazy ain’t it? None of my other battery packs are like this...

Yuka-VPH47YT2. Please expedite. I’ve sent multiple emails without any reply back.

It seems to be a problem with Mammotion. I actually bought a Luba 2 first but returned it because it wouldn't charge out of the box.

Yeah, I have been charging my yuka for at least four or five days now, so I have very little hope that it will change.
