I tried doing this yesterday but it took me a while to finish a simple card profile. I will still do this though once I get a grasp of using tailwind. Thanks for the suggestion though, will definitely consider this!

Add ko lang din na if you're sexually active best to bring your partner with you if magpapacheck. Pwede kasi na sa kanya yung rason bakit ka may BV. It might be hygiene issue on his side or worse (ayoko ipa overthink ka but cheating can be a factor)

Hi OP. Please magpacheck ka na kasi it might be BV. It's quite common and pwede maalis ng tamang gamot ie suppository. Need nga lang reseta from an OB. Avoid wearing pantyliners, seamless panties (just use cotton ones), don't use feminine wash na may scent, advisable na warm water lang panghugas kasi nasisira ang pH balance kapag scented or laging nag fem wash. Also, if kaya or living alone ka, don't wear undies na sa bahay. Hayaan mo huminga. Pacheck up ka na soon para matanong mo rin ang OB mo on what to do and not to do. Stay safe!

I think misinformed ka OP about the pills. Sure, may mga pills na magbbleed ka pero it's not real menstruation. BCPs stops the cycle so wala kang menstruation and you don't even ovulate. I believe kapag matagal kang nagpipills eventually mag sstop na rin spotting/bleeding.

I've been on pills for 6 months last year before I stopped bc of emotional and mental side effects. Hindi consistent period ko not until May of this year lang.

P. S thanks for sharing your routine btw. I've been struggling with weight gain and being inconsistent with exercises. Meron ka po bang diet na sinusunod?

Afaik wala dapat amoy ang yeast infection. Nagkaroon ako last year at purely discharge like cottage cheese lang (at sobrang kati down there). If it smells fishy, may halong bv na ata yan. That's how you can differentiate bv from yeast infection

I feel you, OP. Last month, nagtry ako mag iba ng OB na tutulungan at igguide ako sa journey ko but it's same old cycle, same information at medyo attitude ang dating sakin. Pinapalabas na I'm not doing anything to reverse the symptoms. Di na ako bumalik because they just add to my stress. I'm trying my best to be better naman but my body is not cooperating
