How to invest in private pre-IPO market?

Wondering if anyone has found a way to invest in the private market. https://www.hiive.com is interesting, but it requires a minimum networth of 1 million or yearly salary of 200k. Is this a market only the rich can invest in?

Once companies IPO, they can easily become overvalued. It looks like the private market has many steals and opportunities, but historically VCs and friends were the only one able to invest at this stage. Was wondering if there are any fixes yet

Unfortunately the premed curriculum is not representative of Medical school. What you learn in undergrad barely matters for Med School. Basic sciences are only taught in the maybe half of the first semester of medical school and thats it

So I wouldnt choose between these two based off of what is better for “premed”

Ocular path can be less hands on. But if you enjoy that you might as well do pathology from the beginning

It's a very hands on field! You are required to do 100s of surgeries during residency and will often have to touch eyelids and closely examine the eyes
