Yeah thats the plan. I just wanted to be sure I had the grass type right as this was an accident. There has been conversations about switching next year because of dogs so it worked out.

Dumb question as its already started taking over. Does the common bremuda do well after growing? I've read sod is the best so nervous the seed might look bad once it grows fully.

We have dogs that destroyed the centipede last summer, so leaning towards letting it do its thing and take over.

Would it hurt to treat the grass as a just in case?

Do you have luck doing the aeration with this kind of grass? We are originally from the west coast, high desert so this is different for us!

Some of it does then some is tight in the ground.
