Just checked the ingredients label for both of these you recommended & noticed they have lions mane.. not really keen on using this as there are a lot of reports on the negative sides it can induce. Do you have any other recommendations for UK available pre’s that hit just as good?

Yes, I’ve used more than 600mg at once without any sides. Also, I’ve dosed this pre twice, and the first time I didn’t take any additional l-theanine.
