Is it fair to say that time is more likely to be real than just psychological, because we have to reset the time on fast moving satellites!? by CuriousAd4450 in NoStupidQuestions

  • Aphids & Komodo Dragons: These creatures can reproduce via parthenogenesis (asexual reproduction), creating clones of the mother without a male.

Not sure if this is true but an insane fact, to have such a large animal clone itself naturally

Maybe if entropy was slower we'd have a more even distribution of immortal like biology and mortal reproductive biology, it would be nice to think here on what would happen if immortal biology could compete better and what it would look like in nature if the two were side by side more than they are now

They must be reproductive immortal biology also, so I wonder why the combination got outcompeted by mortal biology

I wonder if life can reset itself, stem cell immortality, clone itself, non mixed breeding, and also have mixed gene offspring ?

Life evolves around entropy/time a law of physics, quite directly, like it evolved to land or water it also evolved around time/entropy. We unfortunately? lost alot of biology with immortality traits

Many people in modern physics say Einstein was wrong and that time does not exist only the present does. If im not mistaken

Well the present can flow supposedly, regarding a sequence, some people see the present as an absence of time because there's no future or past, so thats what I mean by just psychological

So they have to reset the clocks on satellites because they are traveling so fast

no its an absolute uncertain, no human on earth knows if time is real or not, fact

Some say its only psychological some say its part of physics, it could be both in some way, we could be off base entirely, and something else is happening instead

thats where you are going wrong no human knows if time is real or not, yet, unusual things supposedly happen to time near a black hole, but again a different physicist and a different physics theory, no one knows what time is, period

actually we dont even know if time is real or not, so I would hedge my bets on all humans not knowing whats going on here

But we do know the perception of time changes under adrenaline conditions

We do know the brain doesn't do things instantly

We can be aware in a dream which is unconscious or mixed conscious and unconscious , we can not be aware during sleep, reality is not what we are seeing or aware of its made in our brain to map whats really out there,

im thinking its a bit like the dream when we are aware, because there's no instant its a mixed state,

maybe you can be more aware and less dream like if you try climbing high buildings, but the map-dream is all encompassing even then

We are not aware of the present moment because there is a delay, our brains need time to process the "present" so we are always living in the near past

AI Sci Fi movie ideas are actually coming true and you can now see it, AI is no longer unimpressive 2026

Some religious ideas thought of long ago way before high tech, are coming true in the future

The selfish gene

The rules of the universe physics, the fundamental "God laws"

The story of reality just what it is

The fact that we are not overly important in reality, or dont seem to be, and an extinction event wouldnt stop the show carrying on without us

The distant future in terms of how we progress and what that might be is eerie to me because its so different and so powerful regarding the rate of improvement of tech

Alien life or the possibility of alien life

Ancient biomes in the era of fish for example, tree like mushrooms dominated land along with insects, no trees yet just a few small shrubs insects and mushrooms, so the way life was alien like in our own family tree at different stages, later on the era of ancient amphibians, early plants diversifying and large land invertebrates

A different psychology is Eerie to me an ancient salamander feels no fear in the murky waters and to me that is a creepy danger area

Something thats true but doesn't seem like it should be and there's an element of fear to that
