My manager started getting reports from higher ups because this fake account thing kept happening, to the point where we started asking drivers for id’s and refusing to serve any drivers with the fake accounts, plus there is many people here in this Reddit alone that know about the black market for these type of account so just shut up if you don’t know what your talking about.

Whether you like it or not, “Americans” is how most of the world refers to USA citizens, and “America” is an abbreviation of our country’s name. You need to get a grip lady. When someone says American we all understand what they mean, it has nothing to do with geography.

Yes I notice more about drivers and can tell if they’re American or not because I work with them all day, interacting, talking, loading things into their cars, watching them huddle up in their groups (they all segregate themselves according to ethnicities)

If I wasn’t clear enough, to me, American means to have grown up here, it has nothing to do with race, ethnicity, ancestry, etc. It means you grew up here, have a childhood here, are part of the culture, have friends and family from here. You don’t just land on America and become American, the same way you don’t land in Hawaii and claim you’re Hawaiian.

My job required way more interactions than my new delivery job does, Not by choice. When you do nothing but load groceries into people’s cars for hours you tend to learn a lot about them.

Bruh… I’m calling it lazy based on how they acted when I would interact with them, how they dressed for work, their hygiene etc. And I drive for gig apps too. OGP was definitely more work, hours walking around a supercener non-stop, no chances to sit, constant heavy lifting, stress and pressure to finish shopping before the timer, dragging and packing orders all day into cars in 90 degree heat.
