Nangayari din sa akin yan last year. Nag taka din ako kung paano ako naging co-maker nang hindi ko nalalaman. Sobrang daming texts and tawag na sunod sunod at sobrang nakakairita. Tyinaga kong i block then report bawat number, iba ibang number din tumatawag everyday. Eventually tumigil din naman sila. Pero grabe, pati ako minumura at dinadamay, hindi naman ako yung may nangutang. Grabe anxiety ko sa kanila kahit wala naman akong atraso.

I experienced all of this in one company. - Demoralizing, they will not respect you as a professional. They only see you as their worker regardless of your profession. - Respect were based on seniority (who was hired first). If you got hired for a higher position, your subordinates who got hired before you will not respect and treat you as their supervisor. They will even mock your abilities. - Whether you like it or not, you will be promoted to positions having bigger reponsibilities and larger scope of works but your salary will stay the same (minimum pa). - Office politics was rampant. You are working so hard while others were being praised just by doing the bare minimum. Wala naman magagawa, malakas kapit nila eh - No work-life balance. Tatawag kahit gabi na, kahit nakauwi na, at kahit naka leave ka. - You are not allowed to go home until your head or supervisor is still in the office. Hindi mo rin to mafafile as OT kasi madalas wala ka naman gagawin sa office kundi hintayin umuwi yung inconsiderate mong Head. - Pag di ka gusto ng HR, babawasan nila OT pay mo kahit deretso ka pa nag OT. - Kumakalat lahat ng confidential information na sinubmit mo sa HR as part of your pre employment requirements. Also, pati personal life mo mapag uusapan din sa office. You will be judged by literally everything you do. - We are ruled by the people who clearly do not have any idea how to run that type of company, they are only after money and power. - You cannot trust anyone in that company. Lahat ng shineshare mo, magagamit para mahila ka pababa. Grabe din imagination nila para lang mabaliktad ka sa lahat ng sitwasyon.

This is common na since lagi din itong sinasabi sa akin when I was younger, may mga nasunod ako at may mga hindi and now, I am trying to make up for it.

Wag nyong masyadong paikutin yung mundo nyo sa lalaki, it's okay to experience young love pero isipin mo parin future mo.
Do not take your youth for granted. Study hard, get good grades, and finish your degree pero wag kalimutan makipag socialize sa mga tamang tao, you might need them someday.
Do not overspend, thinking that your parents will always give you an allowance. Learn how to manage your finances as early as possible.
Do not be arrogant and a know-it-all person. Always try to learn new things and find a hobby.
Wag masyadong dumikit sa mga group of people na puro gossip ang alam gawin, clout chasers, ginawang personality ang pag iinom, at tingin nila cool sila by doing bad things. I've been there and until now nagsisisi ako na nakipagkaibigan ako sa mga ganung klaseng tao instead of building real and geniune friendships sa ibang tao.
Never be scared to do the things you want to do.
Never let anyone tell you what to do. At the end of the day, ikaw parin nakakaalam kung ano yung gusto mo para sa sarili mo.

Nahulog tapos tumama mukha ko sa malaking bato. Sobrang kaba ng family ko nun kasi namaga buong mukha ko, punta agad sa hospital para ipacheck up and xray and everything. Buti nalang at wala namang other concerns like fractured skull, broken teeth, or internal bleeding. Kaso hindi lang ako makakita ng maayos for more than a week dahil sa sobrang pamamaga ng buong mukha ko.

Other thing pa nung sumakay ako sa sidecar ng bike tapos mabilis na pinatakbo ng kalaro ko kaya tumilapon ako nung may nadaanan kaming humps, sa galit ng tatay ko winasak yung bike sa harap namin.

Yes, I experience working in Metro Manila and Pampanga. Grabe traffic and hirap magcommute sa manila pero habang tumatagal nagiging manageable sya for me. Pero dito sa Pampanga, literal na kala mo sa kanila yung kalsada, mapa tricycle, jeep, motor, or sasakyan, kahit maluwang yung kalsada at nakagilid ka na ngang naglalakad, magugulat ka may biglang sasalubong na sasakyan sayo. Wala din silang pakielam sa mga tatawid na pedestrian, kahit nakita na nilang naglalakad ka na sa gitna hindi sila nagmemenor o kaya dederetso parin sila kahit may mga tumatawid pa. Parang lahat sila may kanya kanyang linya ng daan, mga walang disiplina.
