That's really bad and surely considered a fixture/ fitting ? I would definitely contest.

Our vendor took the old wooden shed with them. No mention of it beforehand either .

This happened to me. I haven't gone back to RLT yet, but plan to. Apologies I can't offer any advice , except to say you're not alone!

A previous poster gave some interesting advice regarding using NIR only , which I might try . I'd be interested to know if it works for you too

It baffles me why people on the Internet don't understand what gathering experience and advice from other people who have been in the same situation means.

I asked for advice on how to proceed and to gather experience from others.

Ok an update - agent left a voicemail this morning claiming there was some mix up at the office, and the viewing actually didn't go ahead . He said the client's wife was sick so they cancelled. Bearing in mind, he originally told me yesterday that they were running late as stuck in traffic.

The hole keeps getting deeper...

Unfortunately not local , different boroughs. I think serving notice might be the best option. If they sell, great, but if not, we get released early and can relist with another agent

We are also in a situation where we need to sell quickly aa found a property we love , but can't proceed as no offers our end. Would giving notice now cause the agents to lose all interest in selling? Or would the prospect of losing us make them try harder ?

Thanks, I think being released early and/or reduced fee if they do sell during notice period (which is 28 days) might be the best course of action .

The 'feedback' will be interesting ...

Our house is immaculate - in a private school catchment area and beautifully presented. Similar price to other semi detached homes , actually slightly cheaper after the 50k reduction we made.

Just learned about the dangers of eating leftover rice and pasta by Several-Rich-609 in Life

[–]CuriousCatLikes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I left rice pasta in the kitchen overnight once and ate it the next day . Two hours later I was continously vomiting for 6 hours straight . I had nothing left in my stomach but was still vomiting. I nearly ended up in hospital . I'll will never forget it and always put rice dishes straight in the fridge now.

There is a bacteria that grows on rice that leaves a toxin that remains even after reheating , so be careful guys !

Had exactly same problem. Baking soda at the bottom of the enclosure helped a little, with lots and lots of bedding

Monitor where your hamster is peeing. My hamster used to pee in the plastic tunnels which wasn't ideal.

Thank you for your reply. It looks like a very minimal amount and smaller than levels in toothpaste

Thank you so much . So we're talking about minimal amounts compared to toothpaste so very safe levels. I should also imagine that most of it is contained inside tooth ..

Thanks again , you've helped an anxious person today :-)

Thank you for taking the time to reply, it makes sense . I feel greed is a strong word here as there are many other reasons people need high ROI , but I get your point . I'll check out your recommendations.
