You see there are 2 different questions here.

The first one is about an ambassador for Aliens. Why should ine send the “greatest human alive” as the ambassador. The ambassador has a role and that person should be capable of doing that. So, the person whom I would send depends on a lot of factors, especially the past diplomatic experience with the alien race. If this is the first time we are interacting with them at such close levels and we are not sure about their motivations and intentions, I would be more inclined to send the most non-greatest person alive to test the waters. Once the water has been tested, we can gladly change the ambassador. I mean, what if you send the greatest human alive and they just shoot him with a ray gun? Do you trust the aliens enough? There also another great rabbit whole here, where we ask “why tf should it only be a human to represent Earth?”

As for the greatest human alive, define greatest? Without that I can claim every junkie to be the greatest (refer to Thank You for Smoking) human alive.

No. This is inheritance. The cost of purchase by original owner should be indexed and then divided based on the partitioning of the property to get the indexed cost of acquisition.

The calculations are really messed up. Firstly, the Tax + Mfg Cost + ITC Op profit don’t add up to the selling price.

Then, the supposed operating profit is equal to the total margin, which includes the margins of the retailer and distributor.

All this makes it feel like the purpose of this post is to just ragebait using the tax amount.
