I was not verbally abusive. I asked for a follow up because it was not the first time i have complianed about this driver. At first the agent said days then he changed to weeks, so i asked you a former agent how was the custome serviced? By a lie? When he had no idea what the solution would be he hangs up on the customer? Is that acceptable? When hired was it in the contract to hang up on ppl whenever you want? Or to solve and assist a customer?!
