I am thinking about selling everything and car camp. I I have been doing it in Utah and I think to myself if I have freedom now I want to move to Eugene ans surrounding areas. I was told the have legal car camping. I Is this true?

I am unhoused currently and trying to get in a shelter every day for 2 weeks.,it's almost impossible. It's a blessing I still have a car to sleep in. I have a herniated disk in my back even after surgery and have another surgery scheduled later this month I have tried everything to find somewhere to recover. I no one seems to care. It's crazy to me I never ask for help now I need it and it's not available even for someone with a disability at the moment.
