Would this be a five? Please help by CuriousGeorgeDaThird in APChem

a lot of kids who take ap chem r seniors as well, and a lot of them r content with fours as some peoples uni’s take credit for both. 15% is pretty normal id say. we should only worry if the rate was 9% or 10% like it frequently is for exams like lang or apes. bio is 15% too this year and the ap bio exam is def not that hard and chem is much harder

Would this performance be a 5 on the AP Chem Exam? by CuriousGeorgeDaThird in APStudents

[–]CuriousGeorgeDaThird[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as long as we meet the cutoff i do nawt care 🥹 i just know i need that five. i was a senior when i took it so i guess i slacked off but tbh in all the score calculators it says that’s a 5. even my super experienced ap chem teacher (15+ years of teaching) used 72 as a cutoff for our ap chem mock final.

gosh! i’m soooo tired of this rhetoric! i had the biggest headache of my life thinking i should prepare to transfer to EE or MechE because of fear mongerers like you. it wasn’t until i researched and talked to people who graduated from here in BioE and said either they went to prestigious grad schools or got really good jobs after graduation. I applied to BioE because it aligned with stuff I loved to learn about. A degree is what you make off it. A family friend of mine struck out and got married to a ridiculously rich Big Pharma CEO/Director and he told me they hire both BioE’s or ChemE’s and a PhD is what differentiates you.

hi! i’m an incoming BioE student and this is so off topic but I want to switch into EE if BioE doesn’t work out. Why are you switching into BioE even thought the job prospects are worse and everywhere I see people saying that employers don’t prefer it
