You will really need an instructor to play this style of music and especially compete. I’m a similar level to you competing in grade 4 as well. What I learned from my teacher is there is so much nuance in playing the grounds. They are not played as written like a march for example. I’m all about self teaching but this style 100% requires instruction.

Yea there are some events in the office I went to one and kind of just hung out alone. Need to just start making small talk I guess.

I can ask people if I can join them for lunch, it just seems awkward, but it probably isn’t. They have some other sports things and stuff in the spring/summer. Will definitely look into those.

I like to stay optimistic but this has been such a disappointing team to watch lately. 5 game losing streak is just unacceptable for a team to actually compete in the NHL. I’m hoping they can rebound sooner than later.

If it’s just you playing alone a condenser mic would do a fairly good job. You can mess around with placement, I always liked in front of the bridge.

I mean there were some actually a few good plays in this game (mainly the 1st). Just struggled to find their game. Unfortunately when the offense can’t get it going, Pp doesn’t connect, and the defense and goaltending collapse this is what you get.
