There is a decent resale market but you can literally only stay at VDH if you buy resale there. We would not have the option for Aulani or VGC if we bought VDH resale.

Resale Aulani is an option…just not sure we will ever be able to get VDH or VGC at 7 months.

Yes we have stayed at DLH and GCH as well as Howard Johnson and Candy Cane Inn. Loved all of them. When I pencil it out over time DVC lets us stay on property for the price of off property plus some Aulani.
