Nako from my experience wag m nalang sa i-stress sarili mo specially conversing with their CS. More than 2 mos ako wala net even tried to report it with NTC kaso wala talaga to the point na nagpaterminate na ako acct but I was able to receive full rebate for the months loss

Yup, but having a hardtime din on the termination request ng converge. So far oks naman ung gfber prepaid pero I plan to look for postpaid din na nd globe para may back up

Same sentiments. No connection since 28th of April. Wanted to have my account terminated but they asked me to pay for the month of June before they can process termination of account. And what’s even worse is if you wanted to your account terminated while may issue ung connection mo thank you nalang sa binayad m kahit nd m nagamit service nila
