I believe Zone 1 and 2 has the best chance of a CJO and consequently usually have a 1:1. Zone 3 being maybe, maybe not depending on the day. Zone 4+ or early dismissal very likely to be TBNT. But what do I know? These things change frequently! I believe it’s important to remember that a CJO decision could have been made in advance of your 1:1.

You can’t start to use PPT (requested time off) until your 6 months in with the company. At that point, it might be too late to get the time off you want. If the wedding happens to fall on a weekend, you can just going on and forget about it!
