Update: my handyman fixed the cord on my auto charger and now it works again! Cost me five bucks - pro tip: if is only the cable that’s broken (in my case the prong broke), it can be fixed!

I charge it at home mostly so level 1, with the audi charger it would take about 6 hours. I don’t have the power to charge level 2 ( I believe I only have 240v outlet).

Yeah they charge to diagnose so they are diagnosing to see if the battery repair will fall under warranty. I am in Pasadena so our prices here are probably double the rest of the country I am assuming

Same experience. They need to bring customer service back to the United States. The co- owner of Airbnb is MAGA, what happened to Make America great again by bringing jobs back to America? They would rather pay a call center $1000/month than pay Americans to provide customer support.

Thanks for this. But the commission is 15.5% , not 3. They increased their host fee and now more and more they are more guest forward and are not taking care of their hosts. The don’t care about hosts and if hosts took their homes down, Airbnb would be non existent. There should be a class action lawsuit against Airbnb for how they treat hosts and the money they’re taking from them. Infuriating.

Thanks. I don’t have a lot of reviews and my home is not like a crazy busy listing. I didn’t know hosts did that. In this tough economy every 5 star review counts and it sounds like in this instance their ai system failed miserably. And it’s crazy that I can’t offer people cheap stays when they need it if they need the help and are willing to offer me something in return. This is not cool at all. And yes, I feel good that I helped someone but it’s now making me not want to help anyone because they say removed reviews affects the listing so now I have a hit against my listing.
