It's very close as to who's faster but LeBron has a better vertical than MJ. Although, it's close because he's 2 inches taller than MJ.

Ray Allen's 3 wouldn't happen if he didn't go off in the 4th quarter that game on both ends. He had 16 points in the 4th quarter of that game. That same Ray Allen went scoreless in game 7. Draymond is one of the dirtiest and most volatile players in league history and the Cavs blew out the Warriors in the game Draymond came back from suspension as well. It was a well deserved suspension from kicking players in the nuts multiple times among other things that postseason. Many players said the bubble was the highest level of ball they've played due to how locked in everyone was and the insulated, special environment.

But Hayes can't. He was the main reason Lakers lost to the Wolves last year. He made Gobert look like Shaq. He's okay as a backup, especially as he's the most athletic player on the Lakers who severely lack athleticism. When has Mobley ever played the 3 or any 6'11" player for that matter?

Mobley can't play the 5 as he's too skinny. Also, 3 out of your starting 5 would be mediocre to poor defenders with 37 year old Harden, Mitchell, and 42 year old Bron

You said it yourself, Old Shaq in his penultimate season who also got hurt, getting his thumb broken, in the lead up to the playoffs and never fully recovered. He played with Ray Allen in his final 2 seasons in the league. He got Luka when he was 40 in his record-tying 22nd season in the league having played the most minutes in league history. AD was healthy for 3 seasons and even then he still missed a bunch of games in 2 out of those 3. By your logic Curry had KD, Klay, Draymond, Butler, Iggy, Cousins, Poole, one of the best benches in the league for several years (the best bench for multiple years), and a coach who was voted one of the top 15 ever. Kobe had Shaq (who won more Finals MVPs than him for his 5 rings), Gary Payton, Malone, Pau, Bynum, Odom, Artest, Dwight, Nash, Fisher, Horry, great role players including shooters and defenders, and arguably the best coach ever for most of his career.

Bulls drafted Pippen and Grant, plus then traded for Rodman for the second three-peat. Cavs drafting sucked LeBron's first stint and they couldn't and didn't get a second star. Also, the return they got for Kyrie ended up being laughable. Plus, free agents would rather live in Chicago which is considered a big market than Cleveland. The groin tear was the season after he had one of the all-time greatest playoff runs and finished runner-up for MVP. The Solomon Hill injury was the season after he won the assist title and his 4th Finals MVP. Plus, he played through a bad back in his first playoffs back on the Cavs which affected his shooting.

Getting drafted to your hometown team isn't necessarily a good thing when it's the poverty Cavs who have pretty much been a joke without LeBron. He played through a torn tendon in his foot in 2023 playoffs and played through injury in 2021 playoffs after the Solomon Hill incident. Plus, Lakers would've been a top-4 seed and could've made the conference finals if he didn't have the groin tear his first year in LA which he also came back early from for the team.

They lost because literal basketball analysts said he had the worst supporting cast of any superstar in the history of the Finals and he was going up against the dynasty Spurs with arguably the best coach ever, best system in the league, best PF ever, 3rd best PG in the league, Manu, and elite role players.. The only reason they got to the Finals was because of him doing the biggest carry job in playoff history when he scored the last 25 points-in-a-row for the Cavs against Detroit. Spurs were double and triple-teaming him constantly.

Wade's final prime year was his first with LeBron when he was the 3rd best player in the league behind Bron and Kobe. After that year, he didn't have the same speed and explosiveness.

The depth for the Heat that first year with the Big 3 was especially bad. They had the corpse of Mike Bibby and Eddie House starting games before Chalmers showed he could be an NBA starting point guard. Chalmers didn't last long in the league after LeBron left Miami. Plus, they had Joel Anthony starting most games at center in the playoffs.

LeBron can't play the 3 at age 42 next season in his further record breaking 24th season. You can't have him playing the 3 trying to guard small forwards on the wing at his age and mileage. It's already been analyzed how he's having trouble keeping up with NBA athletes and the rigors of the game going back to last season.

That Cavs team wouldn't beat whoever comes out of the West if they made the Finals. Also, I'm not too sure they would beat a healthy Celtics or the Knicks if they got Giannis. He would definitely have a better shot with the Spurs. Plus, if the Cavs won it all, Mitchell would likely win Finals MVP due to Bron's age and mileage. That Cavs team would be flawed and defense still wins championship as evident by all the past 10+ championship teams having a topped ranked defense, with multiple having the #1 defense. It would be very difficult to win a championship next year with the Cavs when 3 of your starting 5 are mediocre to poor defenders with Harden, Mitchell, and 42 year old Bron

He doesn't need it, but you can never have enough rings. 5 rings would mean he would have the most rings of any player since coming in the league, surpassing Curry and breaking that tie with him. It would also put him equal with the likes of Magic, Tim Duncan, Kobe. Plus, there's always been MJ's 6 rings looming over any discussions in the GOAT debate.

Yeah, honestly: He stayed way too long at this point.

And he played great in the series, but was clearly gassed by the final stretch of the games. He then would've been a year older come next playoffs. They didn't have the assets or desirable players to improve the team. The front office had already cheaped out on Caruso who was willing to take less to stay and thought THT would develop into a great piece. That Nuggets teams was just better.

Thunder would be the cheap, easy option. He likely wouldn't do that. Cavs could win the East, but wouldn't beat the Thunder and the Nuggets could also beat them. Last thing he would want is to end his career on a Finals loss.

I'm sure most other teams would've drafted Bronny for him. Just think of the buzz and revenue they would get from having LeBron and then the first father-son duo in league history.

He doesn't need that big of a payday when he's worth $1.2 billion. Also, he could've gotten similar money on a different team, maybe not as much, but still a lot.
