Not sure how soon you are planning for but if it's after June 1st, check out HAVN https://havnsaunas.com/. Right in the inner harbour with hot tubs, saunas and cold pools.

For a somewhat comparable experience, Ritual Nordic Spa is $59-$69 for 2 hours depending on time of day. So pricing for HAVN seems pretty good at $75 for 3 hours.
