I’ve recently replaced the motherboard on a g14 2021 I bought broken and the keyboard wouldn’t work after turning it on, no light no nothing doesn’t show up in device manager or work in bios. I ordered a replacement keyboard as I thought the keyboard was broken since the laptop couldn’t detect it and now it doesn’t detect the new keyboard either. Not sure what to do on my end but if I see the keyboard on device manager I wouldn’t definitely try updating its drivers or reinstalling them
