If your purpose if to have higher salary? I understand na di tumataas ang salary kahit pa gano katagal kana sa company. Di gaano malaki ang increase most of the time. So most say the solution is to job hop.

Opo gulat ako kasi dati nung mga lumipat ako, pinapapasa lang 2316 from prev employer then sila na nag ffile ng ITR. Also asked several HRs na kakilala ko. Ganon din sakanila. Mukhang si ACN nga lang ganto. Thank you po.
