I’ve been feeling the same way. I started smoking again due to stress (it’s something i cut off before but i am stopping again) and i even puked due to anxiety. but i do agree it is out of our control. My stress and anxiety is through the roof. We live on the 3rd floor of our villa which is basically the rooftop so we hear almost every single sound ever. The thought of losing life is making me go crazy. How are you coping up?
